3.4 KYC Verification. phfum is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. In cases of legitimate account closure, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phfum accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account settings.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC verification.
4.4 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified account in the player's own name. phfum does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.5 Transaction Fees. phfum does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phfum bears no responsibility.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are in Philippine Peso (₱). phfum is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred by players using international payment methods.
5.1 phfum offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this clause limits phfum's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
